Dear Parent,

It has been our constant endeavour to offer not only the best possible education to your ward, but also to facilitate various activities requiring your involvement, through optimum and best use of latest technology and services.

Over the years, collection of fees by our school has progressed from cash receipts through banks, to ECS and the latest NACH and eCMS systems. We have now partnered with PayTM to add the facility of payments through their portal.

Your ward’s bi-monthly fees, including Annual Miscellaneous Charge, will continue to be collected through NACH. However, in case the NACH Mandate is returned / dishonoured and the fee remains uncollected, the remittance will need to be made through the PayTM portal. We shall be discontinuing the eCMS facility for payment from February 01, 2016. Soon, we shall also be adding other miscellaneous payments to the PayTM portal. To begin with, your ward’s due fees can be paid using the following steps.

Q. How can I do online payments for my ward’s school fees?

Our school has now partnered with Paytm, India’s largest & most trusted mCommerce platform, and is giving parents the chance to pay their wards’ fees using Paytm’s application and website. Paytm accepts all debit cards, credit cards and netbanking options for payment of all types of fees to the educational institution. Along with these options, Paytm also offers its Paytm Wallet through which the fee can be paid by the parent. Existing channel for fee collection, viz., eCMS, remains open and fees may be deposited using this option.

Q. Which cards are accepted for paying fees through Paytm?
A. Paytm accepts VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and Rupay.
Q. Can someone else make payment of fees on my behalf with their Debit/Credit Card, Netbanking or Paytm Wallet?
A. Anybody can make an online payment on your behalf. To avoid any misuse, the credentials have to be filled in correctly and can only be given by yourself to a third party. The credentials include the correct Admission Number and selection of the school name and its location. The one-time password (OTP) will also be sent to the mobile number initially registered to log in on the Paytm website.
Q. Can I still make payments to the institute by visiting in person?
A. The school does not accept cash / cheques / drafts against dues. Hence, you are requested to use the eCMS facility to make payments, in case of payments other than due fees.
